FAQs

Do you have a technical manual available for your meters?

Please see our technical page on our website, if you are unable to see the meter or device you are enquiring about please contact sales@iskraemeco.co.uk.

How do I alter or change the information on the LCD display?

If you require the display to indicate alternative information you will need to contact your installer and/or the data retrieval company when used in a secondary market application. These meters are pre-configured and changing this configuration requires software and a competence level of metrology knowledge. If your meter has been supplied by an energy supplier you will need to contact your energy supplier directly.

How do I read the information from the display?

All of our fiscal meters have a blue button on the top right of the meter. This button is a scroll button, however, some of our meters may have a preconfigured setting providing an auto scroll for the information displayed. The information displayed will be determined by the utility supplier or the installer specification requirements when used in a secondary market application.

Why don’t you supply user manuals with your meters?

Our meters are designed to specific requirements required by Ofgem E-serve, MID and the Balance and Settlement Code and are not provided with printed user manuals. Connection diagrams are printed under the terminal cover of all meters. The secondary market from time to time require fiscal meters to ensure accuracy of billing and as such should be installed in accordance with best practice for data retrieval and data collection service providers. On-line datasheets are available from this website.
